KAM Sports is a family-owned organization that owns and manages premier international sports assets.
The Kaminski family, based in Minneapolis in the United States, started and grew a successful real estate business with a singular vision: to realize long-term value. From the first real estate investment, we have always tried to find value where others have not - identifying compelling assets and leveraging our methodical, proven approach to realize the investment's full potential. We are proud that our commitment to capturing value also translates to the communities themselves, whether it's bringing a fresh set of eyes to expand established properties or taking on projects in areas that others may have passed over.
In real estate, as in sports, nothing happens overnight. It takes a consistent, focused, and long-term view in order to achieve the vision. Our investment in sports properties reflects the same approach we have taken for our entire portfolio, regardless of size or brand awareness: identify assets we believe have high upside, make the necessary investments, and then operate them with a disciplined and strategic perspective to drive sustained success.
